Prior to this adventure, I worked for 14 years as a Divisional Senior Talent Development Manager, Human Resource
Business Consultant and Regional Training Manager for a large restaurant chain. I earned my Senior Professional
in Human Resources certificate in 2009 from the Society for Human Resource Management and my Certified Professional
in Learning and Performance credential from the American Society for Training & Development in 2010.

I live just south of Seattle, Washington with my wonderful husband and our fun-loving dog. They are both used to me  
becoming totally engaged in projects and doing what I love to do!
